Frequently Asked Questions:

How can I register for group lessons if I don’t want to do it online?

You can register in person starting 24 hours after registration begins.   We are accessing the same system you are, so there is no advantage to registering in person.  (Other than speaking to our lovely front desk and aquatic staff.)

If the system is slow, I just don’t have the time to sit in front of my computer for so long. What can I do about that?

You may consider trying to register after the main rush has finished. The system is typically slow for the first few minutes after registration opens.  If you wait until later on, you will not experience the same kinds of wait times.

In the past, the system has been so slow that it’s difficult to figure out when I have actually registered. Do I get a confirmation?

When you have completed the registration and payment process, you will see an invoice with a confirmation number.   You have the option to print at this point.   If you see this notice, you have been successful!   The system will also email you a confirmation.

I don’t really understand how to use the Lesson Times system.

Not to worry! We have a team of aquatic and admin staff that would be happy to show you how to use the system.  You can either call and have us walk you through it over the phone, or come in and have a staff sit with you in our computer lab.   We won’t be available to do this during registration week, but give us a call and book an appointment anytime before that and one of us will be happy to help you out.

I don’t have a computer or a reliable internet connection at home.

We have 20 computers that will be free to use on registration day during the hours of 8:30am-3:00pm.  It’s a good idea to have your account and participants all set up before registration day, so that you are only signing up for classes and paying at this time.

I forget my username and password.

I don’t know what level to sign my child up for.

If your child is currently taking lessons, make sure to find this information out from their teacher.  If your child is not currently in lessons, make sure to speak to Fabian Salgado, or one of the aquatic staff, BEFORE registration week.
